Sarchimor is a coffee variety created to combat diseases such as coffee leaf rust and be less susceptible to the coffee borer beetle (broca), making it more sustainable and of high quality. An exotic variety grown in microlots at Finca La Manchuria, it is highly recognized for offering a cup that highlights a fruity and complex profile.
