Returns and Guarantees
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND GUARANTEES
To request an exchange or return, the Customer can go to any physical store in Colombia with the products unused and in perfect condition, all their labels and labels attached and the corresponding purchase invoice.
Changes can be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The changes do not apply to promotions or sales.
CLOTHING CHANGES
To make a change through the website, the Customer must contact us to approve it. Promotional products will only be accepted for returns due to imperfections or damage to the product and shipping costs will be assumed by the customer. For products that do not have a discount, for exchanges due to defects, damages or imperfections, we will assume the shipping cost for the first exchange, the second exchange will be assumed by the user.
At the time of acceptance of the change, the customer will be informed of the address to which the product must be sent. The Customer can send it using the courier company of their choice.
REFUND OF MONEY
If the Customer returns products, this will result in a refund equal to the value of the returned products only if the product is delivered and contains defects, damage, imperfections or is not the product ordered.
Partial returns and order cancellations will result in partial refunds. This can only be done if canceled before shipping the purchase. To cancel, the Client must communicate in a timely manner.
The refund will be made to the Client's credit or debit bank account. The period is 30 business days.
If it is a credit card, it will depend on the card's cut-off dates and the times of the financial institution; this can take up to 2 months.
If the payment was made in cash, by Efecty or Baloto. The money will be returned to a debit account (money refunds are not made through Efecty or Baloto).
III. GUARANTEE
To make a guarantee effective, the Customer has two options: Go to our physical stores and make the appropriate change, as long as there is stock at the time, otherwise the product will be sent to you.
Send sufficient evidence through our email or WhatsApp line to evaluate the case and approve it. In these cases we will assume the shipping costs.
The warranty will lose its validity after 30 days from the date of purchase. No guarantees will be granted if the product has been modified, repaired or intervened in any way by the customer. In these cases, products damaged due to improper use will not be covered.
If the CUSTOMER receives a package with a missing item, they must contact us within a period of time no longer than 5 business days to carry out the respective investigation of the case and will receive a response in 2 business days.

FINCA LA MANCHURIA SAS ZOMAC carries out, from its different areas and dependencies, procedures that involve the collection, storage and processing of personal information of both clients, suppliers and employees, which is carried out strictly and at all times, under principles of legality, purpose, freedom, veracity, quality, transparency, restricted access, security and confidentiality in terms of article 4 of law 1581 of 2012, in addition to complying with the provisions of the Personal Information Processing Policies adopted by the company .
These purposes can be summarized as follows:
